Just to enforce the excellent advice from Nanda Linn:
- these 2 Google tools are free tools that help you to track visits to your site (Analytics) and how Google has visited your site (webmatsers tools)/
- there is NO TOOL that allows you to somehow select your rank (eveyone would really like to be topmost!).
- it is merely your content that will create the rank of your site, and some basic features will guratantte that all your content get the maximum exposure
- and some well selected links to your pages from respected site will also help you quite a lot.

it's google analytics, if ur saying so.for a webmaster, all u need is ur google accountu can use at webmaster tools and google analytics, they are interrelated and also integrated with adwords and adsense programs as well.this is for analytical research for ur website(s)and
and this is for webmaster related things, such as sitemap, verifications, search query analytics, etc etc.linkage, crawler access, there are heaps of things u can get it better.
