Major Hint.
The keyword phrase MUST be on the page and in a priority heading.
"real estate crowdfunding" is not on the page at all.

I use majestic.com to check out link profiles. This is the best tool i have found. It lists all your backlinks into topic categories and from highest to lowest authority, so you can easy work out which backlinks are not quality and which ones are worth keeping. I normally scan competitors to see what quality links they have running, which gives you a natural advantage.\

Keyword ranking problem.

Hi 

I am handling complete seo of my companies website.
my product ranking is going down and very volatile when i say on ranking.


What are the methods ,tricks i should go with in order to perform the ranking and out rank my competitors.

we must to take link on the primary and secondary keyword of the product page.Pertaining to the density score obtained on the product page on that particular keywords.
