changing my website page rank to top google search when i am sign in

Hello every body,

Why when searching my site in google in case of sign in with my
account i found my page in 2'nd position in the first page and when i
sign out my page disappear to page number 10 ?????

Hi the fluctuations are inevitable. Do not involve in any promotional activities for that particular page for at least one week. But keep on checking your ranking often. After a week, just try to promote the page, remember you should not work more on that particular URL, do less promotions(half of what you used to do for that URL). You may get to see improvement in your ranking. All the best. Cheers!

Site build in Power Builder - any problems ?

Is there any problems with sites build in PowerBuilder. I could see
that a site designed using PB is not performing well in search
engines. Basic on page SEO has been done on the site. The site has got
a good number of incoming links too. But it has no good position in
Google for few search terms.

Please advise

If your website was comes top 10 in a short period then may be that was a fluctuation. If No, the top ten ranks are naturally then you don't worry about it just do what you are doing and wait for couple days. If possible then put two more articles related to your niche in your home page.
