Multiple Domains and Content

I have 4 highly visible domains, each domains contains the same
content for each. Whenever I make a content change, ie, on page,
titles, metas, etc. those changes are reflected on all domains. The
purpose of the same content across all domains is because this content
is part of a white label program that we have started with the 4
domains being the first to contain the content. My question is, what
type of affect is the same content on multiple domains having on my
search engine visibility? From my analytics is looks like the search
engine visibility I receive is being divided up across all 4 domains.
What can I do to make ensure that 1 domain gets all the se visibility
and that the other domains do pull down the others. Its like crabs in
a bucket. Thanks.
