If google indexed your page,would it disappear later?

These days i found this phenomena,i creat a new page on my site,and
submit it to any bookmarks,later,i can site it on google,but after
several days,i can not site it,so i still to submit bookmarks,now,when
i site it again,it is appeared ,that why?
Or is it in gear?
