1) I also had the same experience with my site. I changed my website
template and my website is down in google but it have no effect in
yahoo and bing.
2) Yes, <h1> tag is very important in SEO
3) I already said <h1> tag is very important in SEO. You should also
use <h2> and <h4>
4) It depends on your temlate how you can use <h1> with or without
class, but you must use one <h1> tag and not to use more than one.
