Webmaster Tools become very erratic

I have been trying to SEO my site www.crisptshirtprinting for about 8
months, so I watch how my website is performing on Webmaster Tools
nearly every day. Just recently I have found that Search Queries like
"t shirt printing" have dropped dramatically and are now bouncing
around at a much lower level. My Links To Site are also bouncing up
and down. This is compounded by only getting a sample of what Back
Links are listed, which means you don't really know what is going on
any more.
Is it just my website or are other people experiencing similar problems
