Try a better optimized title structure such as:
<title>Garden Designer Bath - Garden Designer Bath & Bristol - Somerset Gerden Designer</title>
Try using upto 3 good keyword phrases in order, for your title tag. The greatest relevance giving will be to the first keyword used in your title tag.
Using a seperator (- or | etc.) is a great way to help search engines distinguish between which keywords you are intending to target.
I would recommend to fix your title tag and then re-submit your sitemap.xml to google. If you dont already have one, you should get one asap!
