delete the hard code from the header file via ftp ... it will stop calling them

When I audit my webpages, I get hit for having broken links of .../comments and .../comments/feed/. I turned off comments and do not have an rss feed set up, but wordpress inserts these links in the <head> of each one of my pages. How can I stop this?
