Ranking going down, Please help me to improve my site as soon as possible

Dear all,

I am working for http://www.sellgoldonline.co.uk & targeted keywords
are : Sell gold for cash, sell gold jewellery, Sell gold scrap, sell
gold, cash for gold. My site is coming up slowly & slowly till 8 march
2010, but on 9 march it has gone down. which keywords were on page 2nd
they has gone 4th or 5th page & which were on 8-9 page they has gone
300 above. Please reply me as soon as possible to find the reason to
going down & also give me tips to improve my site.
