this is phpld directory so i think site map is automatically created by program so no chance to be wrong site map, and i have no idea about keyword, becuaes i am a programmer not SEO expert

look the alexa ranking doesn't matter in google ranking because it is some kind of other thing... right now i can't say u why your directory not in google ranking may be there is so many issues regarding your website, like it optimized not very well or may be ur sitemap not proper, or u can choose wrong keywords to optimized to your website....
