How come my new google site isn't appearing in a google search?

My website: http://sites.google.com/site/louisianabballreport/ and
http://sites.google.com/site/louisianabballreport/louisiana-d1-ambassadors
do not appear in a google search, how do I make this happen so people
can find my site through google search.
