I checked your Back link and i came to know that, your site getting lots of link with "Realty Mogul " Anchor Text. So if you not build links using your keyword " real estate crowdfunding " then its very difficult to get rank in SERP page. I have attached the snapshot of backlink . i hope it will help you.

Every time Google Changing algorithm so you have to update the new SEO technique.
