Ads should not flow PR and it should be obvious that ads are ads.
More sophisticated link analysis - Spam links less effective.
Next generation hacked site detection, additional webmaster tools for hacked sites.
Authority sites will rank better. (Looks like PR is again in the SEO mix)
Softening Panda factors for borderline sites.
Decreased clustering on page 1 of results.
Fewer results after a cluster is found.
